Job summary

Southern Illinois Healthcare's Outpatient Rehabilitation in Energy, IL is seeking a Physical Therapist to establish, implement, and evaluate a plan of care to restore function after disease or injury. The role requires an Illinois PT license, a Master’s or DPT degree, and BLS, with responsibilities including thorough evaluation, Plan of Care development and supervision of staff.

Compensation ranges from $38.02 to $58.93 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Position Summary

Education

• Masters Degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with a minimum 5 years of work experience.
