Job summary

Memorial Hospital of Carbondale, part of Southern Illinois Healthcare, is seeking a Physical Therapist to establish, implement and evaluate a plan of care to restore function after disease, injury or loss.

The role requires an Illinois PT license and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor’s with 5+ years of experience; you will perform thorough evaluations, develop and implement plans of care, document thoroughly, and supervise assistants and students.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with a minimum 5 years of work experience.
• Illinois license in Physical Therapy and BLS.
