PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Tulsa, OK is hiring full-time Physical Therapists to elevate patient care and advance your clinical career. You will evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, design evidence-based plans, and collaborate across disciplines in a growth-minded environment.

Qualified candidates graduate from a CAPTE-accredited PT program, hold state licensure (or pending), and possess BLS.

• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10-12 patients/day).

• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $78,000 - $105,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 available in select locations!
