Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Indiana is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to elevate patient care and advance professional growth.

You will conduct comprehensive evaluations for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, design evidence-based treatment plans, and manage documentation in an EMR system. A CAPTE-accredited PT program graduate with state licensure and a commitment to teamwork will thrive in our growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $80,000 - $105,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
