PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Schaumburg, IL is hiring for a full‑time Physical Therapist to advance patients’ musculoskeletal care. You will evaluate and treat orthopedic cases, develop personalized plans, and document care within the EMR in a collaborative, growth‑minded clinic.

The role offers onboarding, mentorship, residency‑style programs, free CE, and a competitive base salary with incentive bonuses. A sign‑on bonus is available in select locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE‑accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $85,000 - $100,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $10,000 available in select locations!
