PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Salem, IN is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. You will design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, while managing documentation in the EMR system.

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification and strong interpersonal/team skills.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $75,000-$100,000+/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Available!
