Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient services at Seasons at Apple Valley in Apple Valley, MN. This full-time role offers weekday hours with no evenings or weekends, and a patient-centered focus on seniors across multiple settings.

You will work in an on-site setting within Assisted Living and Outpatient clinics, promoting independence, coordination of care, and clinical excellence while maintaining a flexible schedule and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current license as Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
• Previous outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents Monday to Friday with no evenings or weekends.
• Provide care either in residents' rooms or on-site outpatient clinic to avoid travel.
