Under supervision, performs objective assessments and develops comprehensive individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients in outpatient therapy settings.

Physical Therapist

Under supervision, performs objective assessments and develops comprehensive individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients in outpatient therapy settings.
Responsible for direct supervision of patients, indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians, and general oversight of PT assistants in accordance with state practice laws.
Ensures duties align with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Licensure: Current or temporary state license in Physical Therapy.
• Certifications: BLS certification required and must be current.
• Preferred Experience: 6 months to 1 year in rehabilitation therapy, with experience caring for adult and geriatric populations.
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift, push, pull 50 lbs regularly; prolonged standing and walking; capable of gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
