Physical Therapist Outpatient

Location: UCHealth Parkview Medical Center, Pueblo CO

Department: PPW OP Rehab

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $41.43 - $62.15 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required. Preferred: Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
  • CO State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider. BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.

Professional Responsibilities
  • Assess and Diagnose: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical conditions.
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques.
  • Educate and instruct Patients: Provide education to patients and their families to empower them in their recovery process and promote long-term well‑being.
