CJ Physical Therapy & Pilates in Downtown Portsmouth, NH is a cash-based outpatient clinic celebrating 10 years. We’re seeking PTs who want real mentorship, growth, and a path to advanced certifications, with MDT, Pilates rehab, and regenerative therapies taught in-house.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients using the MDT framework as your foundation (training provided if you're new to it).
- Integrate Pilates-based rehab (tower, chair, reformer) and regenerative therapies (Shockwave, EMTT) to deliver outcomes most clinics can't.
- Own your patient outcomes - retention, results, and long-term transformation.
- Show up fully for our Tuesday training blocks and weekly mentorship.
- Participate in community events and team experiences that build the culture.
- Contribute ideas, take ownership, and help us build a better company as we grow.

CJ Physical Therapy & Pilates is a 100% cash-based outpatient clinic in downtown Portsmouth, NH. For 10 years, we've helped adults 40+ stay active, mobile, and out of the surgery, injection, and medication cycle.
Our clientele is mostly in their 40s and up. They're active. Intelligent. Curious. They ask great questions and have a vested interest in having agency over their health, movement, and longevity.
They don't just want their pain to go away. They want to understand what's happening, get stronger, stay active, and keep doing the things that matter to them for decades to come.

Our clinical model is built on three specialties:
- Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (MDT / McKenzie Method)
- Pilates-based rehab using the tower, chair, and reformer
- Regenerative therapies including Shockwave (EPAT/ESWT) and EMTT
You don't need experience in all three to apply. We provide structured training and mentorship in every specialty. What you do need is the standards and curiosity to actually master them.
We're celebrating our 10th year - and we're entering our biggest growth phase yet. Our goal is to 10x the business over the next three years.
We don't have every piece of that mapped out yet. That's the point.
We're building the next version of CJPT now - expanding our team, developing new leaders, growing our services, and ultimately bringing this model of care to far more people.

- Our clinic closes every Tuesday for 3 hours of dedicated team training. Real case discussions, real skill development, real mentorship with Carrie and the full clinical team. This isn't a 15-minute huddle squeezed between patients - it's a weekly, protected investment in your craft. It's the single thing our team names most when they talk about why they stay
- We just promoted one of our Staff PTs to Senior PT / Clinical Director in Training. The growth path here isn't a promise on a job ad - we've already walked someone down it

- Salary: $85K - $115K (depending on experience and prior con‑ed)
- $250/month toward company-sponsored health insurance
