Job summary

PT Solutions is hiring full-time Physical Therapists in North Little Rock, AR, to advance care in orthopedics, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neuro rehab. You will treat a diverse caseload within an interdisciplinary team and contribute to patient education and outcomes.

The role features onboarding through Vitals+, mentorship, in-house residency-style programs, and access to free CE and research resources. Growth in leadership pathways is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $83,000 - $107,000 / year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for meeting daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to$5,000 available in select locations!
