Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in North Augusta, SC, is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist. You will evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, build individualized plans, and manage documentation in the EMR system.

The role offers a six-week Vitals+ onboarding, access to mentorship, in-house residency-style development, and extensive professional growth opportunities with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $80,000 - $105,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $30,000 available in select locations!
