PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Boone, NC is seeking full-time Physical Therapists to advance patient care in an interdisciplinary setting. You’ll evaluate and treat orthopedic conditions, educate patients, and contribute to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $83,000 - $105,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 available in select locations!

• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
