Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is looking for full-time Physical Therapists to join our team in Michigan. Candidates will have the opportunity to conduct evaluations, design treatment plans, and manage documentation within an interdisciplinary environment. We offer a competitive salary between $80,000 and $110,000, sign-on bonuses of up to $30,000, and a comprehensive benefits package. Qualifications

• Must have graduated from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Must hold current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification is required.
• Strong interpersonal and team-oriented skills are needed.
• Ability to efficiently manage a full patient caseload of 10–12 patients/day.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $80,000–$110,000/year (based on experience and market factors)

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE‑accredited PT program
• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification
