Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Hiram, GA is hiring full-time Physical Therapists to elevate patient care and advance professional growth. You will evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions within an interdisciplinary team and contribute to a moving-care model that emphasizes outcomes.

The package includes a six-week onboarding, mentorship, in-house residency-style programs, and access to free continuing education resources.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10-12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $80,000 - $110,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $30,000 available in select locations!
