Job summary

Loyola Medicine Transport is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and design effective therapy programs for inpatients and outpatients. The role includes patient education, discharge planning, and supervising PT aides, within Loyola Medicine’s western-suburban Chicago system.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy (Master's preferred), is licensed in Illinois, and maintains CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current IL state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and plans/implements a PT program for inpatients and outpatients.
• Provides patient education, consultation, and discharge planning.
• Supervises and delegates to PT assistants and rehab technicians.

Compensation

Pay Range: $34.48 - $59.92 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
