Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Keller, TX, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join a brand-new clinic and advance clinical practice. The role covers orthopedic and musculoskeletal care with a focus on patient education, evidence-based plans, and efficient EMR workflow.

Qualifications include a CAPTE-accredited PT program, active or pending licensure, and BLS. Competitive base salary range is $80,000–$110,000 with monthly incentives and a sign-on bonus in selected locations.

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications:

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $80,000–$110,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
