As a PT owned private practice, we want our team members to express & reach their full potential as much as we do for our patients.

We are seeking a caring physical therapist to join our Team. New grads welcome; come grow with us! During each treatment you would spend quality time with the patient to:

• Conduct an initial evaluation: listen to patient’s needs and goals.
• Create a personalized plan of care.
• Exercise personal judgment by making modifications as needed.
• Administer hands on quality therapy, motivate and encourage patients.
• Execute thorough documentation of patient’s progress.
• Create a custom home exercise program.
• Maintain patient privacy/confidentiality.

Physical Therapist Requirements and Qualifications

• A Valid License in Missouri to practice physical therapy, and in good standing.
• Physical Therapy is a people business, so candidates must like people! In addition, being likable cannot be overestimated.
• Having a high EQ really is essential to be successful: Therapy with a heart! Compassion and communication (verbal and written) are key.
• Good physical stamina: as a highly active career, strength & endurance are critical tools for success.
• Strong time-management skills and detail-oriented.
• Able to demonstrate the value of physical therapy in a respectful, friendly, professional way and maintain a high level of personal ethics.
• Must be dependable, flexible, coachable and kind to patients and teammates.

Benefits

• Flexible Schedule: We see our first patient at 8:00am and our last patient at 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. Full-time can be: (4) 10-hour days or (3) 10-hour days and (2) half days.
