Confluent Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Gladstone clinic near Kansas City. You will assess movement dysfunction, develop patient-centered care plans, and deliver interventions to improve function and reduce pain.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess movement dysfunction through patient history and physical examination to identify underlying causes.

• Deliver skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities to improve function and reduce pain.
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.

About

Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 + $5,000 sign on bonus - inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
