Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Fayetteville, GA, is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive evaluations and treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. You will design individualized, evidence-based plans and manage documentation within the EMR system in a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting.

We offer mentorship, a six-week onboarding via Vitals+, in-house CE courses, residency-style programs, and a growth-focused culture with leadership pathways.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $80,000–$100,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $30,000 available in select locations!
