All Star Physical Therapy in Fontana, CA is seeking a driven Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team and oversee our PTA staff. You will guide care and deliver evidence-based treatment in a close-knit, growth-focused environment.

In this role, you ensure great patient treatment and outcomes, while also guiding and overseeing our dedicated PTA’s. We are thrilled with our new AI documentation software. It literally cuts your documentation time by 90%, giving you more time to treat your patients. All of our PT’s receive daily productivity bonuses which often add up to around an extra $1300/month. Responsibilities

Qualifications

About

Compensation: $46- $53/hour + daily productivity incentives, $5K sign on bonus, up to $25K in student loan reimbursement, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
