Job summary

PT Solutions in Indiana is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to elevate clinical practice, treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, and educate patients in a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting.

The role includes a six-week onboarding, access to mentorship, in-house residency-style programs, and a robust benefits package. Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $105,000 per year with monthly incentive bonuses and growth opportunities.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $80,000 - $105,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
