Job summary

PT Solutions is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist in Dallas to expand access to quality care and advance clinical skills within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

You will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, design individualized treatment plans, and manage documentation in the EMR system, all while benefiting from mentorship and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal patients and educate individuals within an interdisciplinary setting.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $80,000–$105,000 / year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Available in select locations!
