PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Columbus, IN is hiring full-time Physical Therapists to elevate care and expand access to evidence-based orthopedic treatment.

You’ll participate in an onboarding program, contribute to interdisciplinary teams, and develop your skills through residency-style programs and mentorship.

The role emphasizes patient education, documentation in EMR, and a pathway to leadership within a growth-focused, top-workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10-12 patients/day).

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $85,000-$100,000+/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Available!
