Job summary

Novant Health’s Presbyterian Medical Center in Charlotte, NC is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to join a collaborative rehab team. You will provide hands-on, patient-centered care to help restore mobility, strength, and independence, working across 12-bed SNU and tertiary care settings.

Qualified candidates hold a state PT license and a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, with the ability to develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree, required. Graduate from an accredited PT program.
• Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state PT license, required.

Responsibilities

• Float between 12 bed short‑term Skilled Nursing Unit and Tertiary Care on the campus of Presbyterian Medical Center.
• Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of diagnoses and acuity levels.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with patient goals.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, techniques, and recovery strategy.

What You’ll Do
