Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Physical Therapist for their outpatient orthopedic center located in Carlisle, PA. This role offers a competitive salary between $78,000 and $99,000 per year, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus and support for student loans.

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for patient evaluation, treatment documentation, and communication with stakeholders. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package aimed at supporting both career growth and personal well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open communication with colleagues and other stakeholders.
• Attend center meetings as directed.

Education

Physical Therapist - Outpatient

• Incentives for you: $20,000 Sign on Bonus, plus $350 per month directly towards your student loans.
• Full-time
• Direct Hire
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, no weekends, 2 evenings a week until 7pm.
• Compensation: $78,000/yr-$99,000/yr based on your experience.

Location: Carlisle, PA

Carlisle is located in south-central Pennsylvania and is near several larger cities:

• Harrisburg – about 20 miles east (25–30 minutes)
• York – about 35 miles southeast (45 minutes)
• Lancaster – about 50 miles east (1 hour)
• Gettysburg – about 30 miles southwest (40 minutes)

1. Our client's outpatient orthopedic center sees a diverse patient mix including sports medicine and vestibular. 2 PT, 2 PTA outpatient orthopedic center that will provide mentorship for a new grad.

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
