Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to expand access to transformative care and advance professional growth within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.

You will evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, design individualized, evidence-based plans, and manage documentation in the EMR. We offer robust onboarding, mentorship, and residency-style programs to support specialization.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal patients.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and EMR workflow.

What You’ll Do

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $80,000–$110,000 / year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
