PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Appleton, WI is hiring full-time Physical Therapists to elevate care and support professional growth within a collaborative team. • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program and licensed or eligible to licensure.
• Current or pending state licensure required; BLS certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage a full clinical caseload.

• Conduct evaluations and treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions with patient education.
• Design evidence-based, individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10-12 patients/day)

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $80,000-$105,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
