Job summary

Upstream Rehabilitation is opening a new clinic in Collierville, Tennessee, and is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team. You will deliver patient-centered, evidence-based outpatient orthopedic and sports therapy, building strong relationships with physician partners to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current or pending Tennessee PT license.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• CPR certified.

Competitive Compensation: $75,000 - 95,000
