Upstream Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist in Atoka, TN to join our outpatient orthopedic and sports therapy team. The role emphasizes coordinating patient-centered care with evidence-based treatment and fostering strong relationships with physician partners to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Competitive compensation ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 per year, with incentives including sign-on, loan repayment programs, CEU benefits, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Current or pending Tennessee PT license.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.

To further support the needs of this community we are looking to add a Physical Therapist to our team that is committed to providing a remarkable patient experience through advancing our vision of coordinating patient-centered care with an emphasis on comprehensive evidence-based treatment. Competitive Compensation: $75,000 - 100,000 / year
