Physical Therapist - Orthopedics - Sign On Bonus Potential

Join Confluent Health as a Physical Therapist - Orthopedics and enjoy a sign-on bonus potential of up to $10,000. Located in the South Austin region, including Bee Cave, Cedar Valley, Lakeway, Westgate, South Congress, Goodnight Ranch, and more, this full-time role offers a salary of $75,000-$90,000 per year.

**Responsibilities:**

• Deliver outstanding outpatient care using evidence-based methods.
• Review patients' medical histories.
• Diagnose by observing movements and listening to concerns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals.
• Use exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent injury.
• Record progress and modify plans as needed.

**Qualifications:**

• Current Physical Therapist licensure in Texas or pursuing a DPT degree.
