Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Schedule: Full Time, Mon - Fri

Compensation: Starting at $70,000+/hr, salary based on experience

Incentives: $20,000 sign-on bonus, plus indefinite student debt repayment of $350/month

Select Physical Therapy's outpatient center in Tarpon Springs, FL is now hiring a full-time Physical Therapist (PT). Join our team of 2 PTs and 1 PTA, primarily treating orthopedics. The center also specializes in neuro, vestibular, concussion, sports medicine, pelvic health, POETS, and hand therapy. Newly licensed and experienced outpatient Physical Therapists are encouraged to APPLY! Mentoring is provided to support your growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Complete and maintain all required training for corporate and clinical services, ensuring compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
2. Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatments.
3. Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
4. Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate from an APTA-accredited PT school.
2. Valid State Physical Therapist License.
3. CPR certification.
