Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Westborough, MA is hiring a Physical Therapist - Outpatient to join a team of three FT therapists. Schedule: Monday through Friday, with mentorship and opportunities for continuing education.

Compensation starts at $90k to $110k annually, based on experience, plus a sign-on bonus up to $20k and student debt repayment. The clinic has a long-standing presence, with strong patient population and supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT program.
• Hold a valid state Physical Therapist license.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Westborough is one of our flagship MA clinics. UMass Orthopedic and Sports Medicine is upstairs and primary care next door. Great patient population with three full-time PTs. Our location at 154 East Main Street has been inside the Westborough Medical Center for over 30 years and we have been serving the local community with excellence for those 3 decades. UMASS/Worcester based orthopedic and sports med doctors see patients in our building and this together with our longevity in this space leaves us with a diverse orthopedic caseload. Over the years we have had consistent staffing and have always had the right mix of personalities dedicated to taking excellent care of our patients while doing it in a supportive and fun environment that has spawned great therapists and lasting friendships over the years.
