Job summary

Select Medical's Select Physical Therapy in Palmer, MA is seeking a dedicated physical therapist for outpatient care, with a Monday–Friday schedule and options for PRN and part-time arrangements.

You will assess and treat patients with orthopedic conditions, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes mentorship, growth opportunities, and a strong commitment to excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• PT degree and licensed to practice in MA or eligible.
• Active CPR certification is required.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Complete and maintain all required trainings and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain open communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, and payors; participate in center meetings.

Education

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school

Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice

CPR certification

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Palmer, MA

Schedule: Monday through Friday

PRN and part-time are also available

Compensation: Salary from $90k to $100k based on experience

The office is a large, well-equipped physical therapy clinic located in the center of Palmer. It offers a supportive environment with experienced clinicians who provide mentorship and guidance for professional development. The clinic treats patients of all ages and focuses primarily on orthopedic conditions, giving staff the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation needs.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications
