Great Bay Staffing Group is seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in Orthopedic care in the Western Main Line area near Malvern, PA. This full-time role offers a competitive salary up to $120K per year, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• PA license in good standing required.
• Degree in Physical Therapy (BPT/MS/DPT) from an accredited program.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills essential.

• Develop and implement individualized PT treatment plans.

• Educate patients and families on home exercise and wellness strategies.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries per regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team for comprehensive care.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients with orthopedic conditions, injuries, and movement disorders
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
• Provide hands‑on therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols to optimize outcomes
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
• Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, referring providers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care
• Maintain current knowledge of evidence‑based orthopedic physical therapy practices and techniques

Required Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license in good standing
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient‑centered care
