Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic practice serving Scottsdale, North Phoenix and Gilbert. You will provide high‑quality rehab services and collaborate with surgeons and a multidisciplinary team.

You will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises and modalities, educate on prevention and body mechanics, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Prior experience in orthopedic physical therapy is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
