Job summary

Drayer Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedics role with a 50/50 orthopedic/pelvic caseload and growth into pelvic health.

This position offers mentorship, competitive pay ($78,000 – $95,000/year), a monthly bonus program, loan repayment assistance, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Maryland Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
