Position: Physical Therapist- Ortho/Oncology - KORT- Old Brownsboro Crossing

Location: 9880 Angie's Way, Ste 100, Louisville, KY 40241

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Compensation: Salary starting at $68,000 annual base

Incentives: Sign on bonus and student debt program eligible

Our KORT community-oriented outpatient center in Louisville (Old Brownsboro Crossing) is looking for a compassionate, caring and driven licensed physical therapist with an interest in cancer rehabilitation to provide exceptional patient care on a full time basis.

Seize the opportunity to join our highly trained and respected ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program team, who provide rehabilitative services to help improve quality of life for people affected by cancer. Our ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating our diverse population, which must be completed within the first 6-12 months of employment. Caseload will be a mix of orthopedics and oncology. New grads welcome to apply!

Responsibilities
  • Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties

  • Complete and maintain required trainings
  • Maintain compliance with government regulations
  • Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
  • Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
  • Outpatient clinical rotation if current student
  • Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if practicing clinician
  • CPR certified

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest/experience in cancer rehabilitation (student rotations considered)
