JOINT PERFORMANCE INITIATIVE (JPI) in Roseville, CA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic specialty clinic. You will contribute to a multidisciplinary team focused on joint rehab and manual therapy for orthopedic injuries and dysfunctions.

The schedule features 6-hour shifts (paid for 8), a 30-hour work week, PTO, and education support. Must hold a CA PT license with 2+ years of clinical experience; advanced manual therapy credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• CA license required for physical therapists in California.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedics or related fields.
• Demonstrates ability to perform manual therapy and collaborate within a MDT.

Responsabilités

• Provide PT care for orthopedic injuries within a multidisciplinary team.
• Operate within 6-hour shifts paid for 8 hours, ensuring work/life balance.
• Support ACL/post-surgical rehab needs and ongoing patient education.

Join the new Orthopedic Specialty Clinic located in Roseville - JOINT PERFORMANCE INITIATIVE (JPI)!

JPI, a state-of-the-art facility adjacent to Sutter Medical Center in Roseville, was created to fill a unique niche in the community to service and focus on joint related issues covering the non-pre-post-surgical spectrum.

The successful treating PT maintains a passion for manual therapy and understands its roll within the context of a multidisciplinary team whose focus is on the management and treatment of orthopedic injuries, pathologies and or dysfunctions.

JPI PT needs to be CA licensed with some level of ACL / post-surgical background. Clinicians work 6-hour shifts/paid for 8 to ensure work/life balance!

Compensation:

• Schedule 12:00 - 6:00, M-F patient care
• $124,800k salaried position, $60/hr for 8/hours/day with 30-hour work week
• Schedule 7-1 or 12-6
• PTO = 19 days = $1,140
• Paid Education ($2500 yr) towards student loans, con-ed, Medbridge effective following 1 st year of employment.

Skills & Requirements

Education Requirements:

• Physical Therapist, CA - license based on position
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience

Education Preferences:

• Demonstrates background in Manual Therapy through advanced certifications, trainings and or degrees. E.g. but not exclusive = FAAOMPT, COMT, IASTM, Mulligan, Dry Needling…
• Demonstrates background in understanding the rolls of athletic trainers, performance trainers and their role in the rehabilitation paradigm.
• Demonstrates background in latest research, continuing education preferences and trends.
• Demonstrates current understanding of modalities, their use and benefits as an adjunct vs a primary driver of care. Understand that modalities have a place in most plan of cares as adjuncts to care either through management of swelling, pain, muscle motor and or neurological facilitation. Accepts that most patients enjoy and find value in modalities.
