Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality therapy services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working closely with a Physical Therapist, you will carry out individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.

You’ll document progress, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Provide PTA services under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist in improving mobility, strength, balance, and independence.
• Document patient progress and educate patients and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Carry out individualized treatment plans under PT supervision.
• Document progress and communicate with the supervising PT.
