Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) in Massachusetts to lead a growing clinic and shape a positive, collaborative culture. You'll mentor staff, deepen patient engagement, and influence clinic location and culture with strong support from Ivy Rehab’s network.

The role offers a base compensation range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonus plans, equity, and relocation assistance as part of a comprehensive compensation package.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required and licensed to practice in the state.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Passion for mentoring and developing others.

Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist)

This is more than a Clinic Director role — it’s an opportunity to become an Equity Partner and help shape a clinic from the ground up. You’ll have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience while partnering with a company that has successfully opened 400+ clinics nationwide. Ivy Rehab will provide support in Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, RCM, and everything else that will help support you and your growing clinic.

Compensation Range

$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required.
• 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
