A leading health system seeks a Physical Therapist to plan and implement treatment programs for patients of various ages. The position requires oversight of support staff and collaboration with a treatment team in Montvale, NJ. The ideal candidate must hold a degree in Physical Therapy and a valid license in NJ, and will enjoy competitive compensation based on experience and expertise.
To plan, organize, and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients in a variety of age groups according to the principles and practices of Physical Therapy. To collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team. To supervise work of support staff.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday alternating 7-3:30 and 11-7:30; Fridays alternating weekly 7-3:30 or 9-5:30; Seasonal Saturdays
Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy with a minimum of a bachelor's degree in physical therapy.
No previous experience required.
Current and Valid New Jersey license as a Physical Therapist. Current BLS Certification. Keyboard Skills. Ability to perform work accurately and give attention to details. Ability to use effective critical thinking and analytical skills. Ability to use effective time management to set priorities and perform job-related responsibilities. Ability to communicate and interact with the health-system, patients, family members, and multidisciplinary team members. Ability to function competently in a changing work environment related to changing patient needs.
