What We Offer
Competitive Base Salary: $82,000–$95,000 annually (based on experience)
Productivity Incentives: Earn up to an additional $9,750/year

About The Role
As a Physical Therapist at our Mission Viejo clinic, you’ll work in a collaborative outpatient setting focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat a diverse orthopedic patient population
Design individualized care plans tailored to patient goals
Maintain accurate documentation in our modern EMR system
Collaborate with colleagues to maximize patient outcomes
Foster relationships with patients and the community
Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
Current California PT license in good standing
Interest or experience in pelvic health is a plus (not required)
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
