Job description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to work PRN (primarily on weekends) at The Homestead at Rochester Rehab and Living Center rehab department located in Rochester, MN. Centrex Rehab is a health care organization that focuses on providing comprehensive therapy services to enhance the lives of people in the community. The position and location is eligible for:

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved School of Therapy
• Current license/registration in the State of MN
• Experience working within a SNF environment is a plus
