Green Oaks Physical Therapy in Dallas, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our clinician-owned practice. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on care to help patients regain function and return to the activities they love.
New grads are welcomed and mentored through our structured program; opportunities exist for clinical leadership as you grow with us. A competitive compensation package includes a base salary plus bonuses.

Base salary: $78,000-$95,000 , based on experience
Monthly productivity bonus with earning potential of up to $15,600 annually
Up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus

As a Physical Therapist at Green Oaks Physical Therapy, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based care for patients with orthopedic and sports medicine conditions while working alongside an experienced, supportive team.
You’ll:
Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans
Deliver hands-on care and therapeutic exercise programs that restore function and improve quality of life
Educate patients throughout their recovery to help prevent future injuries
Collaborate with fellow clinicians to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and evidence-based clinical practice
Build lasting relationships with patients while helping them return to the activities they love
Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligible for licensure if relocating)
