Our California market is excited to announce our growth with a new facility in North Hollywood, CA! We are seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to join our in-house team in a 50-bed skilled nursing facility offering long-term care, post-acute rehab, and geriatric outpatient services. We provide a stable, engaging work environment and programs tailored to our geriatric clients' recovery needs. As a therapy professional, you'll have the flexibility to develop and implement programs to meet patient needs.

Full Time: Flexible schedule promoting work-life balance

Pay: $45 - $55/hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct screening and evaluation of patients with physical disorders and/or wound care, developing care plans that meet standards.
2. Provide rehabilitative and medically necessary treatment interventions according to regulations.
3. Administer procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, supportive devices, and wound care.
4. Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers regarding physical health issues.
5. Prepare discharge summaries ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapy license required.
