Job summary

University Orthopedics is seeking a dynamic Physical Therapist for our North Easton, MA location. The role entails examinations, diagnosis, prognosis, and an individualized plan of care with ongoing evaluation through each episode of care.

Essential duties include evaluating ages with musculoskeletal dysfunction, designing interventions, maintaining compliant documentation, and managing patient progress. Travel to all sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a physical therapist in MA & RI.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics/musculoskeletal rehab preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
• Must be able to travel to all sites if/when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients of various ages with musculoskeletal dysfunction.

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

University Orthopedics is seeking a dynamic, motivated Physical Therapist to join our Physical Therapy staff. The Physical Therapist completes comprehensive examinations to determine body structure and function level impairments, activity limitation and participation restrictions. Establishes diagnosis, prognosis and develops an individualized plan of care. Implements treatment interventions and performs on-going evaluations through-out episode of care.
