Compensation Package

This position starts at $85,000-$88,000 annually for PTs with bonuses that reward the work you put into your career. The benefits package is built to actually matter to clinicians at this stage of their career:

• $5,000 Sign On Bonus

• Immediate Productivity Bonus

• _ Unlimited _ continuing education funds plus a $500 travel stipend, starting at 90 days

• 17 days of PTO in year one, growing with tenure

The Physical Therapy Career You Want

You’ll spend most of your time directly with patients , designing and delivering hands-on care. Key responsibilities include:

• Evaluating patients and creating individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

• Providing interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities

• Educating patients and families on exercises, recovery, and injury prevention

• Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintaining clear documentation in line with HIPAA and state/federal rules using state-of-the-art AI technology

Physical Requirements

You’ll need to:

• Lift up to 50 pounds

• Stand, bend, reach, and use fine motor skills regularly

• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises
