North Boulder Physical Therapy (NBPT) in Colorado is seeking a new graduate PT to begin a rewarding career in outpatient orthopedics. You will be mentored by experienced clinicians, pursue ongoing education, and grow your caseload with support as you develop skills in manual therapy, dry needling, and sports rehab.

Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $88,000 per year, with total earning potential up to $100,000 through caseload-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Colorado PT license or eligibility for licensure.
• Passion for outpatient orthopedic care.
• Strong communication skills and desire to grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic population, including sports injuries and postoperative rehab.
• Develop expertise in manual therapy and dry needling as part of patient care.
