Green Oaks Physical Therapy is actively seeking a Physical Therapist to join our collaborative clinics in the Dallas area. We welcome both experienced clinicians and new graduates to grow their skills in a mentorship-driven environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $78,000-$95,000, plus productivity bonuses, sign-on bonuses up to $10,000, relocation assistance, tuition reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package to support your clinical and professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to employment.
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and sports medicine conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that promote timely recovery and long-term wellness.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and healthy movement strategies.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and support staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
